Paul Walker - Managing Director

Paul has had many years in the motor trade at senior management level and prior to launching AutoVIP was the General Manager for an independent supercar specialist in North Yorkshire. From 1998 to 2008 Paul was Sales Manager at Scotthall BMW in Leeds. During his time at BMW Paul was awarded the Jardine Motors Group Sales Manager of the year on several occasions, won numerous awards for excellence in customer satisfaction and led a team that became the most successful used car dept in BMWs history. Paul relished his time with BMW and believes that the BMW training academy provided him with some of the best training available anywhere in the world for customer service."My experience at BMW taught me the importance of the customer and the need to focus, at all times, on exceeding their expectations. I have created AutoVIP to give customers a unique experience in the way they buy and sell cars. The philosophy that will drive our development and define our success will be our absolute focus on the customer. Adrian Clark - Client Manager

Adrian has over 27 years experience in the motor industry, the majority of those years at management level. He started with G Eric Hunt BMW back in 1982 when BMW as a brand was just starting to become established in the UK. He moved on to become Business Manager when Jardine Motors took over the business. In 1996 Adrian joined the JCT600 Group where he had a long and illustrious career as Sales Manager and then General Manager at Lister Park BMW. Adrian led a team that won the prestigious BMW Regional Dealer of the year and has attended many courses at the BMW academy including the highly acclaimed General Manager Assessment. Prior to joining AutoVIP, Adrian has spent the last 3 years working for an independent luxury car specialist dealing with Ferrari, Bentley, Aston Martin, Landrover and other luxury marques.

Julian Saville - Client Manager

Julian started his motor trade career back in 1998 when he first started work for the Jardine Motors Group. He had a very successful sales career at Appleyard Jaguar and then joined Scotthall BMW in 2000. Julian climbed the career ladder starting off as a salesperson, moving up to Business Manager and then on to Assistant Sales Manager where he worked alongside Paul Walker. Julian was part of the record breaking sales team and like our Managing Director, Paul Walker, has attended numerous training courses at the BMW training academy. He also passed the Jardine Motors Management Development Programme which is a year long course dealing with all aspects of management and customer care. Julian is one of our Senior Client Managers and resident Business Manager dealing with any finance enquiries.

Paula Gibson - Senior Accounts Administrator

Paula joined AutoVIP after a successful career with construction company Laing O’Rourke. Her experience in customer service made Paula a natural choice for our company. Laing O’Rourke is renowned for exceeding customer expectations and the experience that Paula has brought to the team has proved invaluable. Paula’s spent the early part of her career working within the Motor Trade as both Sales Person and Administrator. Paula is responsible for the smooth running of the Accounts department and provides administrative support to the Client Managers and the Managing Director.
